Raphael Locham is visiting CLISEC to work with the group on different projects related to violent conflict, oil and climate change in northwestern Kenya. Raphael comes for the Danish Demining  Group (DDG), which is a Humanitarian Mine Action and Armed Violence Reduction Unit in the Danish Refugee Council. Raphael works with the different stakeholders in northwestern Kenya to mitigate violent conflict.
