Thomas Cannaday studied philosophy at the University of Augsburg, Germany, at the Karls-Franz-University in Graz, Austria, and at the University of Hamburg, Germany, where he finished his M.A. in August 2011. In his Magister-thesis “Environment and Justice – a precarisation of a liveable environment” he analyzed possible social impacts of climate change and their influence on questions of justice. 

Since 2011 he has been working for CLISEC. He is also exploring “The idea of in-maturity” in his phd-studies in philosophy, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Thomas Schramme at the University of Hamburg.
